“Very pleased with Black Isle Renewables for my ASHP installation, (retrofitted to an existing converted Steading) From the start it was great to have someone knowledgeable come out to the house to survey for the quote, really helped me decide what way to go and was definitely a factor for going with them in the end. Good communication during design/quote stage even though (like all others) they were very busy due to high demand. Very pleased with the whole installation and commissioning, went very smoothly with no significant issues. It wasn’t the warmest weather for not having heating but they got the hot water working within the 2nd day. Which with 3 young kids was most appreciated! Really pleased with the quality of work from the guys, very neat and tidy. As an Engineer I could see things were being done properly and really appreciated the attention to detail and people taking pride in their work. Really makes the difference for me. Highly recommended."
